When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order acknowledgement, but a binding contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, we will refund any payment taken.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over £50. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

You may return eligible items in line with our Returns Policy. Please review it for full details of timeframes and conditions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
